Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and k138 ("Platform", "we"). These Terms govern all aspects of use of the k138.vip website and all services related to it.

By browsing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature or service provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Registration

• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all such accounts being frozen.

• You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team.
• k138 reserves the right to reject a registration application without providing any reason.

Account verification may be required before you can make a withdrawal. This process is intended to ensure the security of your financial transactions and to prevent unauthorised activity.

Deposits and Withdrawals

k138 provides several payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The financial terms and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for each payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the request is approved.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and registered in your account.
• k138 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.

If there is any dispute relating to a transaction, the user must notify our customer support team within 7 days of the date of the transaction in question.

Bonuses and Promotions

k138 offers various bonuses and promotions to its users. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements and rules. Users are responsible for understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.

The welcome bonus offered is 100% of the first deposit up to RM300, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount. For example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

General conditions for all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

The k138 VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Tier upgrades depend on betting activity and user loyalty.

User Conduct

All k138 users are required to comply with the conduct standards set out below. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the k138 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or unauthorised third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting systems, or financial transactions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.
• Registering an account with a false identity or using another person's information without authorisation.
• Sharing an account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or k138 staff.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas of the platform.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent suspension or closure of the account, freezing of the account balance, and legal action where applicable.

• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• A closure request from the user themselves.

In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If an account is closed at the user's request and no violation has occurred, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Intellectual Property

Amendments to Terms

k138 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time at our absolute discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law

k138 operates under an international licence and these terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform is licensed.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their use of k138's services is lawful under the local laws in force in their area of residence. k138 makes no warranty as to the legality of using the services in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the k138 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the arbitration procedure established by the licensing body that regulates k138.
